I’m sure I’m not the only one who struggled a great deal with her beauty regimen these past 2 months. Those who know me know that I pay close attention to my hair style. To me there’s nothing like a bad hair day to ruin the mood. Interesting and sadly enough I’ve never been able to style my own hair. And if you watch my webinar series “We Keep it Real with Ariane“, you’ll see that it’s very, very real! My hair has been a huge mess! And because of my obvious inability to dress my own hair, I always felt justified getting it done weekly by my favorite hair dresser! Ain’t no shame in a little self reward 🙂

Now, my face was a different story during lockdown. I’m lucky enough to have been graced with good skin genes. I never really had to do much to my face to keep it healthy and plump. However, and let’s not fool ourselves here, no matter how lucky one is, there is a certain reality one needs to face and grapple with – age! As the years go by, one becomes wiser, more confident and realistically looser! And no amount of denial will reverse the truth.
